Terms & conditions of sale

Products

We sell organic apparel, accessories and home goods from the Givore community. We show each product as faithfully as we can, though colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Availability depends on stock; if an item sells out after you order, we will let you know and refund the corresponding amount.

Prices

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are calculated separately and shown clearly before you confirm your order. The valid price is the one displayed at checkout.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card details: they are handled directly by Stripe as the payment provider. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully authorised.

Placing an order

By clicking “Place order” you enter into a sales contract with the seller. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. Keep that email as proof of purchase.

Withdrawal and returns

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days. See the Shipping & returns page for how to exercise it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law and by European Union consumer protection rules. If a dispute arises, we will try to resolve it in good faith before going to court.
