Shipping

We charge a flat standard shipping rate of €4.90 per order. The cost is shown clearly before you confirm your purchase. Orders are usually delivered within 3-5 business days, depending on your location.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

How to exercise withdrawal

To exercise your right, write to us at [EMAIL DE CONTACTO] stating your order number and your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period ends. You then have 14 days to return the product to us.

The product should be in good condition and, where possible, in its original packaging. Once we receive it, we will refund the amount you paid, including standard shipping costs, within a maximum of 14 days. Return shipping costs are yours, unless the product arrives defective or wrong.

Defective products
